Since moving to Toronto in 2000, I have worked in mid-sized downtown business law firms. My preferred area of practice is business law with a focus on licensing, franchising matters, and trademark services. I have been involved in a broad range of legal matters from acquisitions to dispute resolutions involving various aspects of business and franchise law.
In 2019, with 20 years of legal experience, I established a boutique commercial legal office that provides transparency in fees and is based on effective advocacy and counsel. It was designed to be efficient and cost-effective. I strive to provide personal and collaborative counsel during all stages of development, from entrepreneurial sole proprietor start-ups to mature corporate businesses.

I was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1999 after graduating from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law in 1997. Additionally, I hold a Master of Business Administration from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University. In keeping with my business interests, I am also a licensed Real Estate Agent and a registered Trademark Agent.
